Just 10 minutes from Schirmeck and 35 minutes from Strasbourg, the Donon hotel complex is a family business. Today, Thomas and Lucas, Thierry and Stéphanie's two sons, have joined the business. Thomas runs the Thom's brasserie and Lucas the Velleda. Two restaurants, two atmospheres and two types of cuisine to suit all tastes!
